		<description>Tim,

There is no denying that migrating SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 is quite the endeavour.

David Overton&#039;s book is really good indeed.

We have also compiled a guide for migrations here:
http://blog.mpecsinc.ca/2009/06/sbs-2003-to-sbs-2008-migration-guide.html

While the process is quite complicated, it becomes a lot easier to deal with the complications of the individual SMB setups after running through a number of migrations.

There are others out there that have put together migration methods with each method having its pros and cons, but they are still quite complicated.

In the end, the Microsoft method does enable us to migrate _almost_ all SBS 2003 setups to SBS 2008.

		<description>Take a look at David Overton&#039;s book (I reviewed it here: http://andyparkes.co.uk/blog/index.php/2009/09/02/small-business-server-2008-installation-migration-and-configuration/)

He takes the Microsoft method and expands on it in much more detail.</description>
