Most annoying thing for me, seems to be the lack of WPF Ribbon support which has been promised 'some time in the next few months' since 2008! All there is is a CTP which MS have said not to use as they are changing the interface to code. It is not in .net 4 and is supposedly coming 'out of band'. Seems like MS don't want/care about third party developers using this kind of UI.
