		<description>If Microsoft were providing us with access to their own UI components, then there&#039;d be some justification for signing - but they&#039;re not!  Signing the license simply makes it ok for you to use components: components which have been developed by *other* companies such as Developer Express, TMS, etc, with no help from Microsoft.  This is all about user interface &#039;look and feel&#039; coupled with Microsoft&#039;s obsession with protecting Office, their cash cow.
