Ok, I have had sooo many problems with this phone. Seriously, do not waste your time with it. yes, it looks nice, yes it has a good camera but it does not live up to what LG promised. The first problem I had was that the speaker went on the phone, so i couldn’t hear phone calls. The next problem I had was that the phone keeps freezing. Then i would have to take out the battery just to get it started again. The next and absolutley worst problem I had was that now it keeps cutting off, literally just turning itself off. How annoying when your in the middle of a phonecall or text message?
Seriously, this phone is not worth the hassle. I cannot wait for my contract to run out so I can be rid of this montrosity of a phone.

error says please check com port and connect in idle screen. Then says due to multifunction, despite idle screen it failed to connect

It can take 8gb memory cards because i am using one in a viewty and there is a way of bypassing pc suite

Bought this phone, wasn’t particularly happy with it. My previous phone of four years was a touch screen (nokia) with video and camera and naturally this one had a way better camera and video camera feature. Hand written recognition not so good and when the touch screen all of a sudden stopped working I lost all faith in ever buying another LG phone again period.

I am planning to get an LG viewty, and was/is pretty excited about it. But after reading this whole page, including the links, i don’t really know if i should continue to get it.

So the question is, should i still get it?
Please help me decide,

I’ve just getting an LG Viewty, i have installed the LG suit to my PC, when i look in images..i can’t find m pictures i have taken myself..just pictures i have bluetoothed. I don’t have a memory card yet..does any1 know where they could be?

I had an argument with Samsung over the same issue. It seems to be a controversial subject. I argued that the seal was faulty and that large amounts of dust should not get under the screen in normal use. It was fixed under warranty in the end; but I have no idea whether you could achieve the same.
