Problem with LoadDocument

Thanks for the great editor

But I have a trouble.
When I load html document with non-latin characters (russian), this characters are shown with mistakes.
For example, in the body I put "тест" and load html using LoadDocument method.
But in place of "тест" editor shows B5AB.

With latin characters editor is PERFECT.

Please help!!!
I would be very appreciate.
