Forum downtime

Apologies for the Forum downtime today. It was caused by the ISP installing updated versions of PHP and MySQL. I've taken the opportunity to update to the latest release of Phorum as well.

FYI Tim: The new version of Phorum seems to have a bug, because after you post a message, it brings you back to the Topic list, but all messages are marked as new.

I don't know ... I noticed some odd behaviour with the "New" marking, but it is not as bad as that here. It seemed to settle down on my second session with the new Phorum; maybe some difference in the way cookies are handled.
