It's HtmlEditor related.

Specifically it occurs when I try add an instance of the HtmlEditor control to a UserControl's control collection.

The call to UIActivate which hangs waiting for an object is in <HtmlSite.ActivateMe>.

The thread hangs as it waits for an object.

I discoverd this using WinDbg/SoS and interestingly it only occurs on some P4s runnng Win2K.

Any ideas whatsoever would be greatly appreciated as I'm pretty stummped as to how to progress here.
