http://www.xml.org has news, information and links

http://xml.apache.org covers open-source XML parsers and tools from the Apache Foundation.

http://w3.org is the place for authoritative XML specifications and news on the latest official developments.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml includes downloads for working with XML in Windows and a good XML tutorial. You should definitely visit this site if you use Internet Explorer, to download the latest MSXML parser.

http://uddi.org is the home of the UDDI registry of web services.

http://www.xmethods.org has live web services to try.

http://www.xmlfiles.com/xml/ has an XML overview and tutorial
