The images are more immersive and more realistic, and I can see the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>I am still not sure though whether 3D games will take off. The screens are substantially more expensive, the specs are inconvenient, and there are not many games.<\/p>\n<p>We have also seen how Nintendo\u2019s 3D support in the DS was insufficient to generate much momentum.<\/p>\n<p>The question then is whether 3D gaming will ever be mainstream.
